_THE TEAM LEADER NOTIFIES THE PARTICIPANTS TO ADD THEIR NAME TO THE LIST IN THE TEAM DOCUMENT (WHOSE LINK IS FOUND IN THE TEAM'S STICKY POST OF THE STAGE 3 FORUM). THE TEAM LEADER DOES IT THROUGH THE TITLE OF HIS OR HER TEAM'S GLOBAL ANNOUNCEMENT POST, AS SUCH

_EACH TEAM MEMBER REPORTS, ON THE TEAM'S DOCUMENT, HIS OR HER DAILY SUCCESSFUL (OR FAILURE) PARTICIPATION IN THE PRAYER.
_AFTER EACH PRAYER, THE TEAM LEADER SAVES AN ARCHIVE OF THE DOCUMENT, TO ATTACH IN THE ARCHIVE, AND THEN REMOVES ALL THE PARTICIPANTS NAMES IN THE DOCUMENT, SO THAT TEAM MEMBERS HAVE TO ADD THEIR NAMES AGAIN ON THE GOOGLE DOCUMENT, FOR THE NEXT PRAYER, ONLY AT BEGINNING OF STAGE 3, NOT BEFORE.
_FOR CLARITY PURPOSE, THE DATE OF THE PRAYER START SHOULD ONLY BE MENTIONED AS [READY] AFTER AT LEAST THE 7 MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS ARE FIRMLY GIVING THEIR FULL WILLINGNESS AND AVAILABILITY TO PARTICIPATE.
_PLEASE KEEP THE SAME [PRAYER TITLE] as in STAGE 1 AND 2 AND AFTER THE PRAYER NAME, PUT THE ESTIMATED BEGINNING DATE OF THE PRAYER AND ADD THE: "START DAY MOUNTH YEAR DEFINITIVE" MENTION WHEN THE DATE SCHEDULE IS FIRMLY DECIDED.

_THE TEAM LEADER HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO CHANGE THE TITLE OF THE TOPIC FROM "PROVISIONAL" to "DEFINITIVE" and then "COMPLETED" ONCE THE PRAYER IS DONE, AND THE CORRESPONDING THREAD/TOPIC IS LOCKED.
